Interactive Technology Limited was established in mid September 1995. It was established after having conveyed sufficient research in the computer Industry. Our main concern was a medical equipment parent company, from where we branched off to widen our coverage of products and services with our past expertise in the IT Industry.

At present, Interactive Technology Limited is a full fledged IT company with a variety of products/services under its umbrella to serve its customers. Our aim is to exceed customer expectations by providing best of the breed products, services and solutions that revolved around modern business demands.

Customer Support :

Customer support division provides the following activities:

  • Customer help lines for immediate over the phone solutions
  • Specialized personnel for customer help at site [ for both the hardware as well as software support ]
  • Training as well as problem solutions provided by the customer support department.

Technical Service :

  • Staff Strength: 3 + 3
  • Currently there are three technicians handling the hardware maintenance.
  • A software technician provides help to customer support as well as familiarize new clients with the software i.e. hands-on initial usage training
  • Depending on the volumes per month additional personnel will be recruited for various specific job applications
  • In addition to the above hardware technicians, Interactive Technology Limited employs software consultants (3 Three) to handle all software Installations, Training, Product Queries.

Activities :

Strategy: Acquire as much of the market share within the years through 2002 as possible for both hardware and software products.

  • Hardware Concentration: Single Family PC’s, Networking Solutions, Large Corporate Installations, VR (Virtual Reality).
  • Software Concentration: Small - Medium - Large Business Accounting, Networking Solutions, Educational Software
  • Other companies do have back-up support but not to the standards that are required in the IT / Telecom ms industry [ we strive to provide a better support service and build a solid customer base for providing this service]
  • Marketing of the products will be done through media as well as promotional leaflets handed out, Internet, Direct Mail Shots, Exhibitions, Marketing Seminars.
  • Sales through demonstrations and hands-on system run through Promotion of complete systems from one supplier “Interactive Technology Ltd” [ PC system, printer, UPS, accounting software, Telecommunications installation, entertainment software, ...
Current Implementations :

Some of our current improvement plans include the following:

  • Minimum back-up response time - [ Already implemented ][ maximum of up to 3 hours (depending on client availability) ]
  • Machine replacement facility while customers machine is being repaired - [ Already in Operation ]

Future Plans :

Some of our future development plans include the following

  • More ‘Interactive” product range to be introduced with the start of VR [ Already under Implementation ]
  • More innovative and useful products for office automation to be introduced into the market.
  • Getting software localized to meet local law and other regulatory requirements
  • Online Trading Facilities for clients through Commerce Web site Development [ Being implemented ]
